Open Chrome Extensions, confirm WhiteOwl is enabled, then open the extension side panel from the browser toolbar or Extensions menu.
Chat requires an HTTPS backend URL that you configure. If no backend URL is set, the extension keeps chat locally but cannot return AI responses.
The current extension accepts HTTPS backend URLs only. Plain HTTP and localhost URLs are not accepted by the published package.
Remove the extension, clear extension storage in Chrome, or clear saved chat sessions from the side panel where available.
